Payment Information
The Hostel offers three Payment Options to best suit your needs:
- Weekly payments
- Semester payments
- Annual payment
Full details regarding the payment options are recorded in the Accommodation Contract sent out to all successful applicants.
A non-refundable Administration Fee of $75 is payable.

Included in your Student Accommodation Fee
- Full board for the tertiary year
- Fully catered evening meal

Accommodation Fee Grants
The Baptist Student Hostel has a limited number of accommodation fee grants available to assist dependants of New Zealand pastors and missionaries
- Grants are usually limited to a maximum of $2,000
- Grants are awarded based on the specified criteria and are considered on a case-by-case basis
- Grants are awarded based on merit and therefore not all grants may be awarded in any given year
- Personal information supplied when enrolling may be used to aid in determining the success or otherwise of the application

Hostel Self-Catering Flat Fees
The Self-Catering Flat full-year fee for 2025 is $9,555.
The flat has been established to cater to students who have special dietary requirements that we cannot cater to in the hostel, such as lactose intolerance, gluten-free or vegetarian requirements.
